age of 50, Mark made the decision to sell his company and (semi) retire with his wife, Joyce, to the beautiful mountains of
Mark
and Greg’s vision of a community that provides not just a quality home but a quality of life is reflected in their plans for five
miles of paved hiking and biking trails, over 40 acres of land that has been (or will be) donated for future city parks and green
spaces, a new elementary school and a community church.
Together Mark and Greg have overseen the task of building the massive infrastructure that underlies the development--which grew to include four miles of sewer mains and five miles of water mains that required boring under I-15 and Highway 12.
During the five-year phase of infrastructure development, some one and a half
million cubic yards of earth were excavated for
Mark and Greg are excited to have reached the
community and home building phase of development where they can share their dream with the citizens of
Unfortunately Joyce lost her battle with cancer just months after their home was featured in the 2001 Parade of Homes. Going forward, Mark was unable to keep his hands out of business.
When neighbor, Greg, approached him about working together, the two
launched their first successful development “Moonlight Ridge”.
From there the concept of Mountain View Meadows was born. With his new wife, Rebecca, (married New Year’s 2010), Mark has adopted
