It takes time to build a better community but it begins with believing in better. We believe you
want more than just a house. You want a sense of place. You want to sit on your front
porch and enjoy the flowers in your yard, the landscaped boulevards
and the amazing mountain views. You want to live in a neighborhood where kids can safely walk
down sidewalks to visit friends and family and play in neighborhood parks.
You enjoy an active lifestyle and want to walk your dog and run, hike or bike on paved
trails that connect to business, shopping, schools and entertainment. You are community-minded and
appreciate energy conservation and protecting land, wildlife and water
resources.
And most of all, you value time to enjoy your home, your family and all that
Montana offers.
That’s why we believe in building a better community – because you believe in better!

Believe in Better: Helena - The Best Place to Be!
Just take a look around. Views in every direction and the best weather in the country. While other parts of the U.S. sweltered in record-breaking heat or found themselves dangerously deluged in water, Montana stood out as one of the most desirable places to be this summer. And with an abundance of trails, streams, lakes and mountains, Helena is once again at the top of the list as the best place to live, work and recreate. Even if your idea for summer recreation is a day at the park, strolling the walking mall, sitting outside at your favorite restaurant or lounging in your own backyard, life is good in Helena. This summer, Mountain View Meadows witnessed an uptick in family members gravitating to Helena to live closer to adult children, grandchildren, siblings, or aging parents. But the draw is more than circumstance. The new residents list everything from the low humidity to easy access to parks and public lands to cultural amenities as reasons to move to Helena – and the convenience and reliability of Helena City Services ranks exceptionally high on their list! Of course, the draw of a grandchild can’t be over-stated, but views, close proximity to recreational opportunities and weather play a huge role as well. When looking at Helena as the best place to be, Mountain View Meadows has become a favorite place to live. With miles of paved trails to pocket parks in every neighborhood, views in all directions – and all City of Helena Services! – it makes sense!
