The Crossroads at Mountain View Meadows is located in the southeastern part of the City of Helena directly adjacent to State Highway 12 which has an average traffic count of 23,000 vehicles per day.  Conveniently located in an area designated for mixed-use growth, Mountain View Meadows master planned community is approximately 1.5 miles east of Interstate 15 and less than 10 minutes from downtown.  The community boasts spectacular mountain views and outstanding connectivity to neighboring towns and municipalities on one of the primary routes between Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks by way of the Capital City of Montana.

To realize a thoughtful master planned community that fosters a healthy, safe, comfortable and rewarding lifestyle to all residents whether living or working in the community with the benefits of city services, city streets and sidewalks, landscaped boulevards, parking, paved hiking and biking paths, walking trails, and ready access to parks, green and open spaces.

To develop a mixed-use community where business services, work, shopping, dining and entertainment venues are within a short commute, walking or biking distance to those living and working in the Mountain View Meadows master planned community.

To promote and maintain design standards for both the commercial and residential neighborhoods at Mountain View Meadows that enable all members to share in the benefits of better architecture, walkability, and sense of place while providing diversity and choice.

To encourage business development that compliments the members of The Crossroads retail and business community and meets the growing needs and interests of residents, the greater Helena community, and visitors to the Capital City.

To establish a progressive business, retail, and shopping area to serve the needs of small towns and municipalities within a 60-mile radius of Helena that have limited or minimal access to such services including but not limited to East Helena, Montana City, Clancy, Boulder and Townsend.
